This project will empower visually impaired youth leaders aged 14-24 to fight for their rights and European values through bringing 30 youth leaders to Bulgaria to get acquainted with European social policy and living standards for people with disabilities.
In Ukraine there are more than 100,000 visually impaired people. This number is constantly growing as a result of war activities, reduction of the level of social security, health care and aging of population.
