Emergency Aid for Chinese Earthquake Victims

imagecidi logo

The massive earthquake that rocked central China on Monday has left thousands dead, and the full scope of the disaster is not yet clear. GlobalGiving is partnering with organizations delivering emergency aid to the affected areas. Half the Sky is working to help the thousands of children who have been affected, particularly those in welfare institutions and those displaced or orphaned by the disaster. GlobalGiving is in the process of identifying additional partners executing short, medium, and long term relief efforts.

GlobalGiving reviews all organizations through our rigorous due diligence process, and distributes 90% of all donations directly to projects (less 2-3% for credit card transactions), all of which is directed toward programmatic work on the ground. Your support is critical. Please give today.
