Designed to serve diverse communities, our powerful Platform, icons and engagement tools help uncover local assets and innovations, places to preserve and conditions to address. Your support will provide more free tools for diverse under-resourced groups, educators and change makers, helping them create windows into unique, local mapping stories and outcomes. New mobile tools will help teams with basic skills promote their projects, attract more contributors and empower a larger impact.
Guiding the way, each place-based Green Map made by nonprofits, youth, city agencies or everyday citizens dispels local apathy. Inspired by powerful outcomes, our tools are evolving to meet more people where they are. Designed for flexibility, our new Platform transforms existing data, utilizes local icons and includes team management and crowd-surveying tools. Unearthing local knowledge through mapmaking fosters collective action and spurs lively & sustainable community development worldwide.
